Anyone who knows me, knows that I have an obsession with fro-yo! My usual is plain frozen yogurt with a few dark chocolate chips, raspberries, and graham cracker crumble! But, I’m willing to step outside the box for this pumpkin fro-yo recipe! It may not be the most healthy option, but it’s good for a little cheat-treat...

This fro-yo recipe is delicious and only has four ingredients:

  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 T granulated sugar
  • 1 T pumpkin pie spice

Mix everything together in a large mixing bowl until completely combined. Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker for a few minutes until it is a smooth, cool consistency. Alternatively, place the bowl in the freezer and stir mixture every half hour until it reaches desired consistency.
