It's been about a year since I tried my first green drink and I've been obsessed with perfecting my own ever since. I'm always trying new combinations to create interesting, refreshing and healthy shakes. The benefits of incorporating kale into your diet are incredible. These shakes fill me up and energize me. As I prep for my walk down the aisle, I'll definitely be making these a more regular part of my diet.
Here's one of my original recipes I've been sipping on lately!
1 1/2 cups of torn, stemmed kale leaves
1 large banana
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
5 ice cubes
